Terms for Consignment

By consigning your merchandise with The Little Furniture Shoppe, you agree to the following terms:

• The commission is 65% of the selling price to the consignor and 35% to the consignee.
• Merchandise in the showroom remains the property of the consignor and may be removed at any time.
• Payments on sold items will be mailed on the 10th of the following month.
• The selling price of the item will be reduced:
  • 10% after 30 days
  • 15% after 45 days
  • 30% after 60 days
• Items may remain in the store up to 90 days.°°
• Please keep the receipt as a reminder of your pick up date
• Unsold items must be picked up on the pick up date — no reminder will be issued.

°°Items not picked up on their specified date will become the property of The Little Furniture Shoppe and will be donated to a local charity.
